Actually at the start of the new year when it is time for resolutions, I had told myself that I would outline the sketch of that ever elusive story that I have been intending to write. I discovered I do not work if there are no deadlines drawn up. And thus I targeted the release for April in the A to Z challenge.
In the last three months, I have worked on it with the aim of releasing it as 26 different write-ups for the A to Z challenge. I am not 100% there, but hopefully there will be no Hiccups. 90% preparedness is better than no preparedness.
Unlike last year where I wrote on everyday
happenings through photographs that I had clicked on my mobile phone, this year
I have been a little better planned.
Also this year’s A to Z challenge has nothing
to do with present, but is my endeavour of chronicling some incidents in the history that have directly or indirectly shaped me and who I am...
Thus was born
Four generations
: Three continents : Two world wars : One
village
These are tales spanning four generations spread across three continents in between and after the two world wars of people who set forth under different circumstances from one small village called Agaramangudi.
The story line traverses through different time
lines, locations or incidents with no
particular order. The only order being
the alphabetical one – A to Z meant purposefully for the A to Z challenge ,
these posts can be read as standalone
posts, but would be best comprehended if
you read them along with their prelude links.
I am excited as well as very anxious.
I would love to hear from you ... good bad or ugly ... does not matter.

Read on ... and please... please... please...
provide me our feedback.

That sounds very fascinating. Agaramangudi indeed. Though I have never been there, one branch of my ancestors hail from that district. Really looking forward to reading your posts. You have made me very curious Jayanthi :) And wish you all the best!
